EPT Reliability Suite Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Essential Performance LLC, doing business as DuurveX-Tech ("DuurveX-Tech", "we") handles personal information for EPT Reliability Suite: the website pages, the trial request form, the web trial edition and the installed edition.

1. What we collect

Trial requests: your name, work email, company, role, industry, preferred edition and any message you write.

Web trial sign-in: your email address and sign-in events (time, IP address, browser), processed by our access provider Cloudflare to send one-time sign-in codes and protect the service.

Licences: the customer name, contact email, modules, seats and dates written into your licence key, and our sales records.

We do not collect the engineering data, projects or reports you create in EPT Reliability Suite. In the installed and web trial editions they stay on your device and in your browser storage.

2. How we use it

To respond to trial requests, give and manage access, issue licence keys, provide support, send service messages (for example trial and renewal reminders), improve EPT Reliability Suite, keep the Services secure, and meet legal obligations. With your consent, or where the law allows, we may send occasional product news; you can opt out at any time.

3. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the Services: Cloudflare (hosting and sign-in protection), our form service (receiving trial requests), our email provider, and our website host. They process information only on our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal information.

4. Retention

Trial request and access records: up to 24 months after the trial ends, unless you become a customer. Customer and licence records: for the customer relationship plus the period required by tax and accounting law. Access-provider logs follow that provider's retention.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA and the European Union or United Kingdom under the GDPR), you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. We do not discriminate against you for using these rights. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.

6. International transfers and security

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, with appropriate safeguards where required. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information; no system is perfectly secure.

7. Cookies

The web trial edition uses a sign-in cookie set by Cloudflare to keep you signed in, and browser storage to keep your projects, trial status and licence on your device. Our website may use cookies as described on duurvextech.com.

8. Children

EPT Reliability Suite is for professional use and not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
