EPT Reliability Suite Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the EPT Reliability Suite pages on duurvextech.com, the trial request form, downloads, and the EPT Reliability Suite web trial edition (together, the Services), provided by Essential Performance LLC, doing business as DuurveX-Tech. Use of the EPT Reliability Suite software itself is also governed by the EPT Reliability Suite End User Licence Agreement.

By using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Services for professional purposes. Access to the web trial edition is granted per email address. Keep access to your email account secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

2. Free trial

Trials run for 30 days and are for evaluation. We may end or change trials, and may decline trial requests, at our discretion.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, overload, probe or disrupt them; no sharing of sign-in access; no uploading of unlawful content or content you have no right to use; no use that violates law or others' rights.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue them.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, content, screenshots, videos, names and logos are owned by DuurveX-Tech or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as these Terms or the licence agreement allow.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is". Section 5 (engineering results), Section 8 (warranty disclaimer) and Section 9 (limitation of liability) of the EPT Reliability Suite End User Licence Agreement apply to the Services as well.

7. Privacy

Our EPT Reliability Suite Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use means you accept the update. Governing law and jurisdiction are as in the licence agreement.
