Quellvane Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Essential Performance LLC, doing business as DuurveX-Tech ("DuurveX-Tech", "we", "us") handles personal information for Quellvane: the website pages, the access request form, the web edition and the installed edition.

1. What we collect

Access requests: your name, work email, organisation, role, country, number of procedure rooms and any message you write.

Sign-in to the web edition: your email address and sign-in events (time, IP address, browser), processed by our access provider Cloudflare to send one-time sign-in codes and protect the service.

Agreement acceptance: the agreement version, the time and your sign-in email are recorded on your device when you accept.

Website visits: our website pages use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful.

We do not collect the projects, device records, reports or other data you create in Quellvane; they stay on your device and in files you save. Quellvane is designed so that no patient information is entered, and it does not store audio.

2. Voice

Voice features use your web browser's speech recognition. Depending on the browser, audio may be processed by the browser maker (for example Google or Microsoft) under its own privacy terms. We do not receive or store audio or transcripts.

3. How we use it

To review access requests, give and manage access, provide support, send service messages, improve Quellvane, keep the Services secure, and meet legal obligations. With your consent, or where the law allows, we may send occasional product news; you can opt out at any time.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the Services: Cloudflare (hosting and sign-in protection), our form service (receiving access requests), Google Analytics (website visits), our email provider and our website host. They process information only on our instructions or under their own terms where stated. We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Retention

Access request and access records: up to 24 months after access ends, unless you become a customer. Customer records: for the customer relationship plus the period required by tax and accounting law. Access-provider logs follow that provider's retention.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA and the European Union or United Kingdom under the GDPR), you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. We do not discriminate against you for using these rights. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.

7. International transfers and security

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, with appropriate safeguards where required. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information; no system is perfectly secure.

8. Cookies and storage

The web edition uses a sign-in cookie set by Cloudflare to keep you signed in, and browser storage to keep your projects and agreement acceptance on your device. Our website uses Google Analytics cookies as described on duurvextech.com.

9. Children

Quellvane is for professional use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
