Quellvane Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Quellvane pages on duurvextech.com, the access request form, and the Quellvane web edition (together, the Services), provided by Essential Performance LLC, doing business as DuurveX-Tech ("DuurveX-Tech", "we", "us"). Use of the Quellvane software itself is also governed by the Quellvane End User Licence Agreement.

By using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and access

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Services for professional purposes, for example as a clinician, quality, biomedical engineering, supply or IT professional at a healthcare organisation, or as an engineer working with one.

Access to the web edition is by approval and is granted per work email address. Keep your email account secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Do not share one-time codes or approval links.

2. Requests and free trials

We review every access request and may approve, decline, limit or end access at our discretion. A free trial gives approved users full access at no charge for 30 days from approval, unless your approval states another period. No payment details are needed. One free trial is offered per organisation unless we agree otherwise. When the trial ends, access ends unless you buy a licence; your project files stay with you.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, overload, probe or disrupt them; no sharing of sign-in access; no entry of patient information; no uploading of unlawful content or content you have no right to use; no use that violates law or others' rights.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue them.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, content, screenshots, videos, names and logos are owned by DuurveX-Tech or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as these Terms or the licence agreement allow. Example data shown on the Services is fictional.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is". Sections 7 (not a medical device), 10 (warranty disclaimer) and 11 (limitation of liability) of the Quellvane End User Licence Agreement apply to the Services as well.

7. Privacy

Our Quellvane Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use means you accept the update. Governing law and jurisdiction are as in the licence agreement. Questions: contact@duurvextech.com.
